Shipping:

Orders are shipped by US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail within the continental U.S. only. Shipping cost is based on weight. Back orders are not accepted.

Returns:

Returns only apply to product(s) damaged by shipping. If product(s) arrives damaged it will be replaced if you contact us and return the damaged product(s) within 30 days of invoice date. Apple Cottage will pay the shipping charge for product(s) replacement. The customer will pay return freight on damaged product(s). Replacement product(s) will be reshipped upon receipt of returned damaged product(s).
